Thanks for updating Surf and Turf.  I always hate when people ask for troubleshooting help and don't provide a solution.  Makes me less apt to respond to people in the future.  So I appreciate it sir.

Thanks, I got it. was yanking on the wires by pump. Thinking about changing it and it started going. Started making the same sound as it was in manual. Woohoo

Their is a timer relay on mine. It's red with three leads. They usually stick open or closed. It should be near back of switch in console. I made my own setup and it took a couple tries on E bay to get one that worked from bone yard!

Im back. Still have the same problem. Since theres nothing else to do Im gonna try to get the aerator working properly. Replaced the switch today and nothing changed. The pump runs so the dealer didnt think that was problem. Could it be the timer? Thanks for any help. Also the pump runs way quieter in auto mode

Could also be one of your relays.  I replaced the switch on mine when that happened and that didn't fix it.  Check all your connections.

99% its the switch. I had a fisher that i had to replace the switch like 4 times did the exact same thing.

Sounds like there is some type of timer in the switch that is not working.

Have you tried replacing the switch? It is probbly bad in the auto position.
