if over 16 feet flares required. Also one of the square throwable life boat seat type preserver. They do now have a coast guard approved led light and flag in place of flares. Throwable inflatable to replace the seat type.  Not required but I would recommend at least a hand held marine radio. I will add this. Some boat insurance requires an add on to your insurance for the Great Lakes. You have to tell your insurance company if boating on the Great Lakes.

Here is the link to WI DNR boating web page. It's easier to navigate (pun intended) than the USCG page.  https://dnr.wi.gov/topic/boat/

Good luck and stay safe!

Bass Addict is correct.  Green Bay = Lake Michigan.

For boats 16' or longer are a separate spell out.

My best guess

Green Green Bay falls under the coastal Waters of Lake Michigan

Safety falls under the rules of the coast guard you'll find them there
