willfish, is it just me or did they change the DVR now so you can't go back very far to view? I remember last year I could browse back through an entire day. I think the cam is great by the way.

Just saw a nice 8 pointer- its front left shoulder/leg is dangling- it sort of hops- Coyotes will have it shortly-anyone else see that one? really moving slow and painful-hard to watch it. It was feeding at 1pm today

"I thought baiting and feeding made deer nocturnal? Plenty of shooting light when that big boy came out."

Some people don't realize that it is pressure that makes deer nocturnal and not the baiting and feeding. Since they don't pressure the heck out of this area, the deer are comfortable. Those same people also are probably ignorant to the fact that deer are a mammal created for lower light and that is why the rod/cone alignment of their eyes is geared towards great light perception with poor color perception. Regardless of whether you are baiting or feeding or not, if you pressure hte deer too much, they will only move after dark in your area. Those same deer might still move earlier in other areas where the pressure is lighter and not move into your area until it is dark as to avoid the pressure. They are smart animals at avoiding pressure. Look at opening day of gun season, nearly every deer tries to filter into an area of low or no pressure.
