There was a lot of does around in my neck of Oneida co. If you had a doe tag, it was easy, but that’s how that side goes anyways. Congrats to all that got their Bucks!!!

Waupaca co:

opener was good for my buddys but not me ofcourse they each shot deer 3 does and a small buck, I sat 7 more times and seen only 4 does trot across field tues evening. probably one of the slowest gun seasons for me but that's huntin. maybe back for some late bow but we'll see darn near buried atv and truck in snow and mud yesterday morning. congrats to all successful hunters!

As for the moron that shot 2 bull elk this yr. They should never be allowed to hunt again. 

2 of us hunting hard in Townsend. Yet to see a deer.

Dont feel too bad Dude, I am a lefty, shoot like a righty with bow and gun, throw with my left, cast open face like a right hand but bait cast is left. Cant quite figure me out.

One thing for sure, lefties think different than right handers. 

There are many, many things wrong with me.  Shooting guns left handed is the least of my issues!  

The Dude is left handed! I knew there was something wrong with him. 

Its strange how the ground is covered with deer tracks but you can't hardly see any. 

MadforLabs I couldn't agree more with your statement. I bowhunt an eighty and see all kinds of deer including many bucks. Then for gun season they let nine hunters in the woods and drive four wheels through the woods to stands. Then they complain that it is a bad year for deer. Those deer are sitting tight. The neighboring properties are similar. If there is brown, it typically is down. Can't grow big deer or a large population when this is going on. Central Forest area.

Public land in Kenosha County, haven't seen a deer yet in 4 afternoons. Today's a wash with the wind then Thanksgiving dinner tomorrow. That gives me 3 more cracks at it
