Update from the stand 2020

It is almost time. I love checking this often.  Gets me fired up hearing reports from others.

Southern Wisconsin hunt: Coyote moved through during moon light. Bucket 8 pointer just after the opening time, he did not seem like he was in the mood for chasing (15 yards), browsing as he walked away. Had six does / fawns move through later in the morning. Winds are heavy.

Spike so far, windy

Chilly and windy 0 deer so far.. my buddy did score a nice 8 this morning.... crawford co.  Happy Halloween ?? 

Out in northwest oneida county . Its upper 20s but the south wind is cranky at like 20-25 mph. No movement yet but its early yet . Probably will be middle of the day movement with how bright it was last night. 

18 degrees and no wind.   2 doe at 80 yards around 830.  Tried blind rattling and some grunts, no takers.

Decent 8 pt went past me about 20mins before close yesterday.

Waukesha County

Beautiful morning 2 doe and 3 yearlings...at 710 I had a pretty nice buck at 30 yards I opted to pass him which is a decision a may regret later...we will see

First time in this spot, nothing yet.  Good bedding and transition, perfect for a morning sit.  So far wind is tolerable.   Still hoping.

Little 6 following a couple does.  Southern Juneau cty. 

3 small bucks and a hand full of doe this morning..2 of the bucks freshened a nearby scrape and chased doe all around me.. only 2 doe seen tonight.. yesterday morning at 715am 2 mature bucks on camera while I worked... maybe tomorrow morning

Had three smaller bucks come through today. Action is picking up as the fields are going down.

Nothing this morning. Different spot for pm hunt. Wind is strong and swirling.   Not overly confident.  Pretty spot at least.

First real crisp morning  but nothing yet

10 yards, 3 by 1 horns.  Fun

Just got up, wanted to hunt yesterday evening but all 5 public spots had hunters.  Sunny, 52, 3 to 5 mph winds.   Let's hope.
