Anyone been out?

I'll be out this weekend, I will report what I see.

Pretty slow for me today.  Does with fawns and heard one buck grunting but never saw it.  Pretty wet where I usually hunt.  Can hear deer a long way off.  Public land.

Was out Thursday Night, Friday am & pm, and Saturday.

Most movement was Friday morning, seen 10 deer(doe small bucks)

My son seen a 6pt grunting and chasing a doe saturday.

More scraps and rubs daily.

Should heat up yhis weekend!!

Good movement early this morning. Decided to take a doe. Now I can let the woods alone for a few weeks!

At least a couple times a week the wife and I take evening drives to look for deer. Last night we saw a pretty decent buck out in a soybean field, we were able to stop and watch him through the binoculars for quite while! That sure gets me amped for the upcoming season!!!

 I was able to hunt this past week every day. Monday and Tuesday there was not much movement at all but Wednesday through Saturday I was getting all kinds of movement at any point of the day especially on Friday. I got busted by 140 inch eight pointer that got down wind of me. 

My Son was out this Morning.

He seen one 8pt. buck and 2 doe.

Too far for a shot.

Alot more sign than last week.

He is going out later,I will report what he see's

Still slow for me.  Will be out hunting for the next few days yet.

My son went out Sunday morning.Seen an 8pt and a fork chasing a doe.

Haven't seen any coyotes until this year,he seen 3 Sunday.
