I use lime green/white or chartreuse/white. Easy to find after a shot, easy to see against my target and the white vane is crucial for seeing the true color of the blood when you shoot an animal. I used to put a 1/4" strip of reflective arrow wrap between the back of my vanes and nock so I could find my arrow with a flashlight. Now I shoot Nockturnal nocks, so not an issue anymore.

2 pink and one lime green if i had my choice.  but right now I'm shooting orange and white because my arrows were pre fletched and I didn't want to pay for new fletching.

I like hot pink. Nothing out in the woods is that color so they aren't mistaken for other things.
