Pike night bite?

I get them occasionally on Green Bay at night while fishing walleyes.  Couple a year typically, not a lot.

Many years ago I fished musky's at night in northern Wisconsin lakes. 
The lakes we night fished were deep clear lakes and every now and then we caught a few northern at night.
If I remember correctly we always had some kind of moon light shining down with clear water lakes.
Another thing I recalled was the northern that we caught didn't fight that hard, it was like they were in daze.

In my 30plus years of Pike fishing I have never caught a pike after it was totally dark. Pike are sight feeders and if they cant see it they cant eat it. This is also why Pike fishing in very muddy water is just about useless.

Make that 6.   Caught a 32 1/2”er at around 4 AM.        # 13 floating RAP.

Larger jointed crank baits after dark depth raiders 6 and 8 and I catch more northerns at night in the latter fall and ice.
