Where can I get Cannon Downrigger repair parts local?

I'm trying to find someone in the Milwaukee/Waukesha area that carries Cannon Downriggers repair parts. Specifically I'm looking for the swivel head assembly. Any ideas?

I had one melt on me,(let it down too quick) and I called Cannon up in Mankato. The lady sent me 2 of them free of charge and they showed up in 2 days. I would give that a try. Worked great for me. I have had other parts break on my cannons, and they have been great with free parts and shipping.
