About Trophy Ice Fish

Lonney Goman learned the art of jigging walleyes through the ice as well as Northern Pike, Perch and Whitefish, from local seasoned veteran ice fisherman on Green Bay around the Sturgeon Bay, Wisconsin area.

Growing up Lonney Goman worked for commercial fishermen, learning about fish behaviors and movements on Lake Michigan and Bay of Green Bay.

With the whitefish explosion on Green Bay Lonney Goman of Trophy Ice Fish was able to assist UW Wisconsin fish biologist and the Wisconsin Department Of Natural Resources in a project that studied invasive species such as the round gobby & zebra muscles and how they played a part in the changing of the eco-system on Green Bay over the last 15 years.

Walleye Ice Fishing

Full Day Guided Walleye Ice Fishing Package - $189.99 per person

This is the grandiose of guided ice fishing packages!! Ice fishing legendary Green Bay,Sturgeon Bay, Door County,Wisconsin area, sun up to sun down, jigging for early morning walleyes about 2-3 hrs. Then shifting gears to ice fishing for whitefish, perch, pike, (typically ice fishing for whitefish or what the best bite is) mid morning into late afternoon. To finish out our day,we set up for late afternoon walleyes ice fishing until dusk.

We will be with you every step of the way! teaching jigging techniques,electronics,seasonal locations of walleyes,whitefish, perch,pike, lunch provided on ice as well as cleaning your fish to ensure your ice fishing trip is memorable & enjoyable!

Whitefish Ice Fishing

Full Day Guided Whitefish Ice Fishing Package - $150.00 per person

Meeting early in the morning ice fishing Green Bay, Sturgeon Bay, Door County, Wisconsin, area one of our guides will pick you and your group up at a pre-determined location with one of our polaris ranger crew cabs. WhitefishWhere your group will be taken to your 8 X 12 heated ice house for the day.

Once you arrive at your 8 x 12 heated ice house one of our ice fishing guides will be with you and your group every step of the way !! Starting out by issuing ice fishing rods set up with whitefish rigs & bait, working with your group teaching whitefish jigging techniques, proper handling and care of ice fishing equipment and icing whitefish (properly handling whitefish through ice hole). Cleaning your catch! Ice fishing for about 8 hours. No worries! Ice guides will have you & your group whitefish pros by the end of the day!!

Icehouse Rentals

Semi-Guided Ice House Rental - $250.00 or $63.00 per person based on 4 people

Meeting early in the morning ice fishing Green Bay,Sturgeon Bay, Door County, Wisconsin, area one of our guides will pick you and your group up at a pre-determined location (typically at a landing or parking lot) with one of our polaris ranger crew cabs where your group will be taken to your 8 X 12 heated ice house for the day. Once you arrive at your 8 x 12 heated ice house one of our ice fishing guides will be with you and your group every step of the way!! Starting out by issuing ice fishing rods set up with whitefish rigs & bait working with your group teaching whitefish jigging techniques, proper handling and care of ice fishing equipment and icing whitefish (handling of whitefish through ice hole). Once your group is comfortable with catching fish and has the whitefish program down, and becoming whitefish pros! your guide will check in with your group throughout the day ice fishing for about 8 hours.
