THE SAND BAY LODGE is a seven bedroom home with three full baths and two half baths located on the shores of Sand Bay in Door County Wisconsin. This unique Lodge accommodates twenty-three guests, has a 20 x 20 foot great room, a spacious dining room that seats twenty and a large, fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel commercial grade appliances including a commercial size, double door refrigerator and an oversize stove with a built in griddle. In addition the Lodge has a fully outfitted game room, a family room and a dinette. The large front deck and covered porch overlooking the bay are wheelchair accessible via an oversized door from within the lodge and also via a wheelchair ramp from the yard level. This is the ultimate Door County vacation rental property.

The great room features a cathedral, open beam ceiling and an unobstructed view of Sand Bay. A handicap accessible door opens out to the front sun-deck and the screened in covered sitting-porch. The sun-deck has casual chairs, a picnic table and stairs and a wheelchair ramp leading down to the family size fire pit, the bayside deck and the dock. The great room has a working upright antique piano, a 32" satellite TV a VCR and DVD player. The family room has a fireplace, a tv/vcr, and is located next to the two lower bedrooms with access to the covered sitting-porch.

The main dining room features a two-story cathedral ceiling with natural wood paneling and a large bay window with a view of the bay. This roomy dining room seats twenty people. The cozy dinette seats eight and is a perfect for kids or playing cards and is equipped with a large collection of board games and puzzles..

The kitchen comes fully equipped and features commercial grade stainless steel appliances. The oversized four burner stove has a handy built in griddle. The commercial sized refrigerator has double doors and deep storage racks. The kitchen also includes a dishwasher, microwave, toaster, blender,large thirty cup coffee pot and all necessary cooking utensils. Upon request we will also supply crock pots, electric roasters, turkey fryers (oil not included), bread makers, wok and a deep fryer (oil not included).

The fun filled game room, located in the basement, features a 8' slate pool table, a ping pong table, an antique butcher block shuffle board game, a foosball table, a 8' oak card table, a dry bar and a rack-stereo system with five-disk cd player. A wonderful spot for rainy days or night time fun!

Situated on the second floor are the main bedrooms, along with two large, full baths. Two more bedrooms are located on the first floor along with a full bath. This arrangement allows for a smooth traffic flow, and more privacy for larger groups.

THE BAY VIEW COTTAGE rental is a charming 2 bedroom, 1 bath, ranch style cottage. This Door County cottage rental features a wrap-around deck overlooking Sand Bay, a private wooded yard with a fire pit and a swing overlooking the nearby waters edge.

Each unit comes with furnished kitchen, satellite t.v., picinic table, patio set, grill and use of our deck, dock and bikes. There is plenty of room for boat/ trailer parking and electrical plug-ins are accessible for battery charging. There is also a fish cleaning station accessible for all guests to use.

Ice Shanties are included with rental for ice fishermen.

10% discount for returning guests.
Add $20.00 per night for Motorhome/RV's.
Additional Guests (over 23) $20.00 per night per person.
Smaller groups are welcome with prorated rates based on per person figures.
