Our modernized fly in outposts are fully equipped for parties of up to 8 people and include on-demand hot water units and solar power systems to provide first class wilderness accommodations. All of our camps are equipped with 14-foot fishing boats powered by 9.9 horsepower outboard motors, in the unlikely event of a motor malfunction we do provide a spare motor at each camp. Unlimited outboard gas is provided as part of your package. The best fishing trip starts where the road ends. Our air base, located a 4.5 hour drive north of International Falls, Minnesota in Red Lake, Ontario, gives you the greatest chance to bring your fishing dreams to life. Our well equipped outpost cabins are located in the Woodland Caribou Provincial Park, protecting the fishery and keeping the surrounding wilderness pristine and untouched.

Over the years Fly In Fishing on many more easily accessed lakes has deteriorated due to the lack of early conservation practices. The vast majority of lakes are small and had no early conservation program resulting in the fisheries being depleted to unsustainable levels. In addition, road access and logging roads made many fly-in only lakes accessible by car. Early conservation efforts require the details of size and quantity restrictions not just lip service to generic conservation efforts.

The protected status of our lakes being in Woodland Caribou Provincial Park, the lack of road access beyond Red Lake, and our Conservation Incentive and Policies all but guarantee you are in for the fishing trip of a lifetime.

Beyond the fishing I will do everything I can to provide what I am promoting here in a wilderness fishing vacation. I can’t control atmospheric pressure which at times affect fishing. I haven’t yet learned to control temperature and wind, but all other aspects of your trip are under my control. From the flight scheduling to the condition of the outpost camps, boats, and motors.
