It''s time to get your fish on! Bay Lake Charters provides an all-inclusive charter fishing service on the Bay of Green Bay and Lake Michigan. We run out of the City of Green Bay in the early Spring for walleyes on the bay and fish late May through September out of Algoma for salmon and trout on the lake. We accommodate up to 6 guests for full and half-day charters.

With Bay Lake Charters you will be fishing from a fully equipped, state of the art, 33 Foot Trojan International Express, with a beam of 14 feet and almost 200 sq. feet of deck and cockpit space.

All of the tackle on-board is the best we have found for salmon and trout fishing in Lake Michigan and the Bay of Green Bay, such as Shimano Talora and Tekota rods and reels. We equip them with the lightest line that the tackle and fish can handle for the ultimate, arm-wrenching fight you experience with each fish you hook up with. While other charters may sacrifice on less expensive equipment, we only buy top of the line gear to ensure success on fighting and landing trophy fish. With hundreds of bait selections to choose from on the boat, we have what the fish want, which always means, We're On!

About Us

Captain Adam Cochart grew up in a small town in Door County, located between the Bay of Green Bay and Lake Michigan. Living close to two of the world's greatest fisheries has fueled his addiction and love for time on these waters.

With over two decades of experience fishing locally, Captain Adam has the knowledge to lead his crews to successful charter fishing trips day after day. Spending the last decade working for the largest charter fishing company on the Great Lakes has given him both the knowledge of how to catch fish in all conditions and the professionalism it takes to be at the top. Being very well respected among the charter fishing community, he has a vast network of captains who work together to achieve results.

With the start of his own business, Captain Adam's pledge remains that his clients will always receive an enthusiastic and hard working captain who loves to put people on fish. Captain Adam also notes that behind every great man is a great woman. Captain Adam's wife Rachael has been behind his dream since the day they met. Together they promise to work with you to achieve all that you hope for in your charter fishing experience.
