Meet Your Guide

I'm Adam Christianson. A full time fishing guide, and owner of Adrenaline Angling Guide Service. I am a US Coast Guard licensed captain, and fully licensed and insured. I operate out of pools 6, 7, 8, and 9 on the Mississippi River near La Crosse, Wisconsin. I offer fishing trips for anything you'd like to catch that the river has to offer, some of my personal favorites are walleye, true JUMBO perch, northern pike, and crappies. I have fished the Mississippi River for the last 20 years, and have spent countless hours learning the different species and their tendencies and patters.

I'll be sure to tailor each experience to what you want to do. Whether you're bringing your kids and just want to catch a meal, want to learn your electronics better, or are a seasoned veteran just wanting to learn the Mississippi River a little better, I'd be happy to accommodate you!

I am also available for some incredible sight seeing, and photographs! We have an incredibly high population of bald eagles, blue herons, and several other photogenic beautiful species that call this area home!

I fish open water out of a 19' Triton powered by a 150hp mercury, 9.9 kicker, minn kota terrova, and rigged up with the best electronics in the game including Garmin Livescope! When it comes to my Winter Airboat trips, I operate out of a 19' diamondback airboat powered by a 454 big block! This allows me and my clients to access areas that nobody else can!

SPRING OPEN WATER:
This is one of the best times of the year to capitalize on a HOT bite. If you're looking for numbers of perch, walleye, and sauger. Mid March-mid April is prime time! Perch of over 13" and walleyes over 25" are common occurrence this time of year!

SUMMER:
Bass, walleye, bluegill, crappies, northern pike, flathead and channel catfish action gets HOT! This is a great time of year to utilize some new techniques, and learn some different areas and tactics to improve the way you fish!

FALL:
With winter approaching, fish put thier feed bags on! Fish tend to be very aggressive and hungry, which is a great combination for a fishermen. 100 fish days are not uncommon in the fall.

WINTER AIRBOAT ICE FISHING:
My personal favorite! There's nothing like watching a 14" perch squeeze through an 8" ice hole. I use the airboat to get to areas that can't be accessed by any other means. I then utilize Garmin Livescope to find the fish, and stay on top of them. JUMBO Perch is usually the target, and generally we find big crappies, bluegills, largemouth bass, and northern pike right alongside them.
