Fox River DePere - Voyager

Fished from 8am-330pm. Fished the whole stretch of the river from the train bridge to the dam. Not a single walleye boated between the 2 of us. Tried everything jig and minnow, hair jigs, flies, and assorted plastics. Seen about 6 fish caught all day. Worst fishing day ever for me on the Fox.

How's the current in the river right now? From years past it seems the better the current the more fish make their way into the river. Any info is much appreciated.

Good morning, anyone know what they’re biting on. Been here for 15 years now and idk if I'm using the wrong color set or what since I’ve only caught 1 walleye. Typically fish from the bank at voyager if that also makes a difference. Thanks in advance for any help

Walmart generally allows overnight stays for RVs, with permission.  There are 3 in the area to choose from.

Does anyone know of campsites near De pere where I could stay in my truck camper overnight?  I think the Brown county fairgrounds is a possibility but it's not available all of the time.

Just a heads up, I was out today and the city of DePere had signs stating that fairgrounds landing will be closed Saturday February 24th for an event. ​

Just a heads up, docks are going in at Fox Point as we speak. Fairgrounds are
supposed to be tomorrow .
