Fished Shelbyville for 4 days this week. Temps nice, water temp 69 - 71, very windy 15 -25 mph & gusty. Tried shallow, deep. wood stumps, minnows, jigs the fishing sucked big time! Using the active target 2, could seem them all over just would not commit to anything. Caught 8 keepers, & the usual dinks. Did catch a nice 17" sauger! Most fished had eggs still, & some looked like they were being absorbed. The spawn is all messed up. Lots of people were fishing, all were doing nothing. It was still nice enjoying the scenery. I would not waste my time.
