My sons and myself have fished this flowage for the last 10 years and have caught hundreds of fish, mostly Smallmouth bass in the range of 12 to 18 inch. Musky are also plentiful, the biggest a 43"-caught in the spring by Mike Kelly . Catfish are abundant and crappies available. Walleyes also - 27" and 29" caught and released, one in the spring and the other midsummer. We mostly cast a jig and twistertail, and occaisonly use Reef Runners, even for Muskys. The Flowage is beautiful and free Launching at Boles Creek. There are rock hazzards, so take easy.
