We just got back from staying on Morris lake and we had great weather and cought many large mouth bass on wacky style and straight hook up senkos dark colors

Lake has some good vegetation to find bass hiding in. Water is very clear which makes the fishing a little harder. With enough time put in you'll find bass hiding in the weed edges where the lake drops off into the depths.

Its a great lake to bass fish in the spring with fish in the 4 lbs range not out of the question. As for the ice fishing on this lake there are alot of small gills in here but you do get some nice fish up to 9 inches. There are so nice crappies in this lake as well, I caught one last year that was over 13 inches. All the different lakes on this change can produce but I've done the best on the second lake
