My Grandparents had a house on the south end of the lake, used to fish there a lot a few years back. always caught a lot of decent size bass, some hammer handle northern and GIANT bluegills. always had the best luck with yellow/white/green single hook bass spinners, running them past the above water reed beds scattered around the lake, and small panfish cork poppers in the calm shallow water areas on the south end. I will be taking my girlfriend there in a few weeks

Took the grandkids out yesterday. Right off the bat 2 largemouths 16 & 17" released. Also a few average size bluegills and 8 snakey Northerns. Kids had fun. So did I! Nice weedy lake that holds some nice fish. We'll be back for sure.
