Good size bass and above average panfish. Fish the shorelines in the summer for the bass. Northern are seep in the summer which makes them difficult to catch.
Ice fishing is spotty. Some years it is excellent, others you cannot catch a panfish all year. Northern run average size in the 2 - 5 lb range. Some larger fish are present but difficult to find.
