Fish upper Stratton for bass all the time. They move from the weedline to structure (piers, rafts, boat docks) all day long. Average size is 1-2 lbs but have seen 5lb+ caught in the spring. Early morning/dusk are the best times. Good lake to fish while you're up there for recreation, but not a "fishing" lake. Doesn't mean I don't love it though!

I've fished this lake in the winter and caught some Northerns and a few bluegills and Crappies. But never had to much luck getting a hot day of fishing.
