There are some huge fish in this lake but the main problem is actually catching these fish. They are normally pretty deep in the water. There are are also some very huge crappie that tend to be around the swimming area late at night near the camp that is on this lake. There are also a ton of carp that are on this lake so bow fishing is also pretty good.

I love this lake. crystal clear and it provides great action with bass and panfish. Potential for very large bass and crappies. Rumored that there are muskies that feed on the ciscos deep down, ive never fished muskies on spencer, id like to see whats down there someday.

has off days has on days lots of panfish huge nothers nice walleyes small n huges bass theres a coulpe big ones over 10# lots of 3-5# have cottage on lake fish it all the time
