Little Muskego

6” drove around on the Atv poking holes all over deepest holes of the lake yesterday. Found the schools of crappies but every time we walked to the hole to jig saw them swim away on the live scope.
They would get spooked

Went out to Little M this morning,8.30 to 11.00, thought it was going to be a good day,overcast,west wind, wrong. I threw senkos, ned rigs, drop shotted with one small bass on and1 decent bite. Never a bad day on the water though

yes lots of snot rockets, plenty of big pike as well as big ole bass and some eyes.

2 weed harvesters running too much! Has anyone talked to a biologist about this? I understand little Muskego district wants to give summer jobs to help. But to grind the weeds to the bottom doesn’t help the game fish! Why don’t they have carp tournaments instead? What a shame the condition this once gem has turned into!

No catfish. Just yellow belly bullheads.

Does little Muskego have catfish?

3 lb bass and 15-17.75" walleye have been plentiful early mornings. Never had so much walleye success on little muskego before this year...albeit no 18" keepers yet. Good to see a lot of healthy looking 15-17"ers, the classic SE wisconsin walleye ;)

Watch your regs for Waukesha cty says county wide 3 walleyes over 18". 

Did fish Little Muskego today at Idle Isle park from 5.30 am to 8.00 am all around park,using tops,spoons,chatters,cranks.No bites.
