Walleye can be caught fairly easily once you get on the structure. From there you can pull up anything when jigging. The lake has a good number of walleye, nothing to brag about size wise but good eaters. You'll catch lots of rock bass while you are out there, depending on if thats a good or bad thing for you.

Fished this lake for many years now, and the fishing is still fantastic. Nice walleyes, a lot of smallies, and some big muskies and pike. Fish are in the stump fields, and on rocky points. it does recieve a fair amount of recreational boaters in the summer.

You just have to work the waters... they're in there. I've been fishing the lake for over 20 years as well, and I can tell you there are some fish in this lake. If you want a thrill, try musky fishing with a surface lure at night when there's at least a half a moon visible - but row the boat in the stumps...don't try using your motor - that Captain Bobbie knows what he's talking about - those stumps are a real problem - it takes a lot to get these old knees knocking, but I can tell you it's happened more than once on this (moonlit) lake.
