Electric only lake. Use either a canoe, or a boat you can drag/carry to the water's edge. Boat ramp is blocked. This lake is either hit or miss. On good days, expect to do very well. Largemouth are usually good sized. There are big walleye on this lake, though not in large numbers. In 20 years of fishing this lake, I have never seen or heard of a smallmouth bass being caught. Crappies can be caught in the 1-1.75 lb range. Best days are overcast, rain, or light chop. Fish early morning or dusk/dark on sunny days. Lake is very quiet, very peaceful, and usually has a resident pair or two of loons. Eagles seen frequently. Please catch and release in this lake. Locals fish this lake, and say they don't catch anything. They keep going back.
