The lower of the two buckatabons is shallow and weedy. There are many opportunity's for some good fishing here. This is a good musky lake but I think that the lower produces more largemouth bass. There is also good panfish and crappie fishing right where the two lakes connect. Not to much walleye action in the lower lake.
