Fished all morning. Stunted fish, some action - didn't keep a foot long bass and threw back the 3" perch, not easy to get on the lake but I think the scenery was better...loon, bluejay, painted turtles, bogs, pine and lots more. Worth a paddle around (very fresh air from the pine stand!) but the fish of years past are gone or are small fry. I saw some folks on the pier with their chairs set up. This is an ideal place to sit back and take in a nice north woods view.
