fish here a lot and never get any absolute giants it has a few nice pike there are mostly small smallmouth below the dam and there are a few rainbow trout scattered throughout the pond. if your looking for pike try sexy shad colored spinnerbait above the dam or a rapala x-rap sub walk if the spinnerbait doesn't work.

best time to fish the mill pond is in spring and early summer before the tempature gets too high. Always seem to catch notherns and rainbow trout on little crank baits.
