Coming up to Almena to visit a friend and do some fishing. Would like to travel north on saturday and fish a lake in sawyer or washburn that's not too big but would be good this time of year for bluegills, crappies and walleyes. my search suggests Big Sis may be the right choice. Lake seems to get decent weed growth... Is it cabbage weeds in 6-15 fow I should be looking for at this time of year for walleyes? Or does anyone have a separate recommendation? Just looking for generals. Feel free to DM. Thanks!
