If fishing slop and catching small fish is your game, this is the place to do. Oh, one more thing, you won't catch much either!

This lake is fantastic. It's a class 'A' muskie lake and although it is shallow you WILL catch fish. There isn't a bad spot to fish on this lake. I have caught monster bass which are completely under fished here though typically we fish for Muskie in late Spring for the opener. Although you won't catch a record ski on this lake you will catch numbers. Great place to take a kid to get them started on muskie fishing. Every year we end up catching beautiful walleye fishing for muskie. This past year caught several 20", a 23" and a 27". Stay at Ghost Lake Lodge. The accommodations are rustic and it has that wonderful Northwoods feel. The owners are fantastic people!
