I lived on Pike Lake for 10 years, I caught a little of everything, Crappies are big if you know where to look, and more important be there before dawn.
Muskies are king in Pike Lake but they don't run big, but are plentiful. I consider Pike Lake one of the best lakes to catch your first legal one.
Keep your Line Tight.
