Only reason I give this lake a 4 and not a 5 is because of all the submerged stumps. We have collided with a few, however not going at a fast speed. The lake is amazing, and almost always go home with a few fish. There are days where we leave with 4-5 20" Walleye, and days where we leave with upwards of 7 Northern around 25" all day. Bass are plentiful, and always ready to be caught. Every fish I catch is released so others can enjoy what I have. As people have said, the water is stained. But, not to the point where they say. Also, too much water traffic? Come on, this lake is a mean depth of 4-5ft all over. Weeds nearly come up to the surface all in the back portion, and there are stumps all over. Not a skiers lake, but definitely a fisher mans. Those who give this lake a bad review are those who fished it once, caught maybe one, and never went back.
