If you like panfish, this is the place to go. I have caught some HUGE bluegills, and I mean huge. The lake is very clear and can see the bottom. They have a bubbler on the west side in the winter to avoid winter kill. You can often see deer, fox, turkeys and bald eagles. This is my go-to lake with my kids because we always catch fish.

3 stars maybe 4 at times. Very solid bass lake, but not always easy to find. I have caught some nice 3 to 4 lb. bass here. Lots of pads and grass. Area around the ramp can be good. Jeff
