8/23/13 I had herd there was good fishing in this lake in the past and even Rodger Sabota,I call myself a fairly good walleye fisherman,but spending an evening morning and talking to some other fisherman,nothing but small bass,gills and crappies and very few.If you go good luck.

Yea i have a cabin on this lake and personnally i think this is the best lake iv ever fished. I was just up there about three weeks ago and i caught 2 muskies each of them 30 inches and up. and a 22inch 7 lbs largemouth bass definetly the biggest bass i have ever caught

Just returned and the fishing was very slow. Boat traffic high from 10:00 am until 4:00 pm. Caught some non legal walleyes on the rock beds and weed edges...bluegills biting on worms but also too small to keep. No Northerns anywhere! Raised 1 Muskie but he was not interested in biting my bait. General report from others fishing the lake was the same.

Very Good Lake Overall - If you want to catch fish you will do so here. Fished 06/09/01 - 06/14/01 -Lots and lots of small - medium crappies, Some legal sized walleye up to 4 pounds, one 32" Muskie. - Musky population seems to be here, crappies were hitting everything (Even Bare Hooks!), Walleyes were hitting on Jig & Minnow or Slip Bobber & Minnow combinations in 3 to 10 feet of water along weed beds and rock piles...
