Some of the best panfishing I've ever had. I catch around 100 fish everytime. Even have caught a few musky. The scenery is probably the best part. I've never kept anything so I know they'll be there next time. Poor access so don't plan on bringing a 26' Lund.

A friend and I recently fished this lake and had a blast catching largemouth all afternoon and into the evening until the bite finally turned off around 8:45 P.M. No motors are allowed and the only boat landing is unpassable with a trailer. Access can be made with a canoe, however. The water is very clear and sustains a healthy population of panfish and largemouth. We targeted the edges and dropoffs around the perimeter, which consisted of fallen/sunken timber and lily pads, with great success. I'm not sure what kind of structure is located in the deeper center, but I'm assuming that some deep weed beds are present. Didn't see any musky but this lake, although small, could hold some with the solid population of other fish.
