After the die off in 2018 fishing just has never been the same.
Lots of little bluegills and lots of tiny bass. great if you have kids and allot of worms.
The public access is a long walk through a swamp and woods, and without any kind of public pier it's a waste of time.
Now there is some kind of thick carpet of weeds along the shoreline and goes out a ways.
So forget any kind of casting bait that dives... it'll get stuck in whatever this stuff is.
Even ice fishing sucks.....weeds fall deep and the size of the fish make it painful.
pass this one by... Big Carr is better for kids.

Stunted bass and little bluegills.
Lake is choked with shore weeds (milfoil?) Its just a thick gross carpet.
Public access is a long carry through a swamp (not fun)
Definitely not wasting time here again, once was enough

another note: Camp 21 had a die off during early 2018, due to snow cap. Most of the bass and bluegills that were decent are gone. Literally thousands of carcasses on the bottom of the lake in may....gross
