Bass fishing is decent in the morning and evening, but you have to know where to find them. Fish tend to be found under shade, near both islands, and around fallen logs (there is a risk of getting snagged on these). Fishing is impossible during waterskiing hours. Walleye and Northern can be caught late evening, but they are hard to find.

What has happened to the fishing in this lake? Three years ago something happened to this fishery. I fished this lake on a weekly basis catching quality LM Bass and would almost always C&R a couple Walleye during the evening. SM Bass has always been spotty, but LM were awesome. Now quality of fish is poor and Eye's are few. Anyone knows what happened please let me know.

Extremely clear, beautiful lake. You need to work for the bass but you will be rewarded if you put the effort in. Every fish I caught was between 12-18". Fish the wood and the piers on the west shore. People also fish the numerous rock piles but I didn't have much luck doing that. Lake is full of northern, a few walleyes that are hard to find, and some decent crappies. Fish early and later; the lake is almost unfishable during waterskiing hours (11am-6pm).
