Eric is right 25-30 years ago their were plate size bluegills and giant bass. Then 2 icefisherman were using pike minnows as bait and they dump them and they survived and now the pike are thriving there not the lake it used to be and the limit 15 years ago was 75 crappie per person and 3 guys just pulled out all the crappie in a month and they did the some with the perch i wish that would have never happened

Lake has seen a lot of fishing pressure the last 5 years. Mostly small gills, and 10-14" bass caught. In 17 years of fishing the lake I have only caught one crappie. Must not be many of them in the lake. Someone put some Northern in the lake about 10 years ago, I believe this has hurt the fisherie some. Boat access is very limited. can only carry down a canoe down a steep bank. I would recommend a larger lake if you are looking to limit out on panfish, or large bass.
