Beautiful lake to visit, especially on kayaks. Crystal clear water, I could see the bottom in 10 feet. Positives: Quiet, peaceful, scenic, clean/clear water, nice public landing, no fee. Negatives: Fishing seems average at best, limited parking near ramp.

Jimmy, I've fished this many times. There are a lot of very big bass. If you ever give it a try again. Which I suggest you do. Fish the drop offs with a tube or a rubber worm. Cast shallow and reel to the deep. Or it the weed beds in the middle of the lake. I'm sure if you try this, you'll find it far more enjoyable.
