We bought a cabin on the lake 10 years ago. It USED to be ok, now its been pounded into the ground. Just another lake with stunted panfish and hammerhandle northerns. The DNR planted walleyes several years, no seems to catch them with regularity. Same with Musky...here but scarce. Alice or pelican get my attention.

Good lake! Did some research through the University on the lake and we netted some good sized largemouth. Also caught a few muskies there in my spare time. Lost my muskie rod in 13 feet of water across from the boat launch. Even with the bad luck I will be back to fish it again!
