Lake isn't that deep but solid fishing. Lots of nice bass, bluegills, and decent northerns. I've caught two really walleyes(22" and 23") and both were released. I continue to find new spots that produce.

This is a ok lake if you just want to go have some fun , not alot of northerns or eyes caught Two 12 inch bluegills in 2 days some bass best bet is with live bait because of all the vegetation very shallow.

For family fishing with no concern about better than average or trophy fish, this lake is ok. This is pretty much a dark stained, shallow, bowl shaped lake with little structure and the bottom is mostly mud and weeds. Shallow boat landing with room for about 3-4 trucks with trailers. Better suited for hard water fishing then open water fishing. Small panfish are plentiful and they can be pests when fishing for that keeper. Summer fishing can be tough at times, with local lake home owner's recreation/ski boats. Every once in a while you hear of a nice fish being caught, which keeps fisherman coming back.
