Pickerel Lake

Pretty sure an ice shack fell partially thru on Pickerel recently. They did use ATVs to pull it out. ​

What are the ice conditions in the area? We haven't been able to make it up yet this winter, hoping for at least a weekend. Thanks for any info 

I was out on a nearby lake today, so I was thinking I would share the conditions. 8-10 inches of ice- top 2-3 is hard white the rest is clear.  1"-8" of powder snow on top- no slush yet. I was pulling my bigger popup with my fourwheeler and it had a little trouble getting traction- never got stuck but glare ice under powder.
Fishing was slow- one perch and 3 small walleyes

Just wondering if anyone has a ice report? Looking to go up later this week. Thank u.

was up saturday 5-27 and was able to find a mixed bag of panfish, kids had a blast! Ended the 3 hour fishing trip with 18 bluegill/pumpkinseed for the frying pan. many many fish returned to the lake.

I was on post and crane last weekend there was 26 inches on post and 20+ on crane....drove out on both....

Looking to see if there is still Fishable ice left. Thanks in advance!

What is the ice depth? Anyone know?

No the lake is not currently accessible with trucks from the public landing 

Is truck travel still ok with recent snow?
