I normally do pretty well on Hooker went out ice fishing today it was perfect. Ice is a solid 8 inches of good ice. Fished the entire north west side from 5-12 ft of water and through everything I had at the few marks I got on my Vexlar. Anyone having any luck?

I am 14 and i live right on hooke rlake. I have fished it many many times over the past few summers for bass. Good bass fishin at hooker but they need to stock it with a lot more pike and walleye

This lake is tucked away and calm Mon-Fri. I try and fish this lake once a week. Nice launch, limited parking for 5 trailers only with $15 annual or $2/day fee. I'm having a hard time with getting fish in the boat beside gills and small mouths that are undersized. Other anglers seem to catch crappie, 4 or less, by drifting off of bottom. Lots of potential here with weeded corners and a 26 ft center with nice drops offs.
