Whitefish Bay, WI
Little slice of heaven in the National Forest. 83-acre lake with good depth (45? max, 17? average) and very clear water. Has rustic national forest service campground with vault toilets, running water, fire pits, picnic tables, and swimming area. Lake is stocked with at least a couple species of trout. Boat launch is gravel, fairly shallow, and lacks a dock. No motorized boats are allowed, making the lake quiet and uncrowded. Great for swimming, rowing, canoeing, and kayaking. Cabins for rent are on the southern shore.

I've fished this lake twice - Memorial Day weekend of '07 and '08. It's a quiet lake, as no motors are allowed, so if you have a boat you probably won't have a ton of competition.
As far as I know, the trout here are all stocked. I don't believe there is any natural reproduction. I've caught a few smallish rainbows (approx 10") in the last couple of years, as well as some panfish.
It's a nice lake to visit if you're a fly fisherman, as there are some spots where you can wade out quite a ways, at least with the lake levels as they have been for the last couple of years. I doubt that you'll get a trophy here, but I haven't really fished enough to know for sure.
