While most lakes are so green this one is still quite clear.I was there a couple weeks ago did catch 10 or so crappie on shad raps.Got a couple perch and a bluegill on a leech.Was not trying to hard but ya the fish are there.There is a beach area there a changing house and a bathroom.Got a bull head on a crawler.Nice for picnics swimming and fishing.Give it a try if you get a chance.Please pick up your worm tubs empty drinks and what-nots when your done.Very nice fun for all.

Caught a couple fish, a decent perch and a nice bluegill as well as a northern. But if you are looking for a quiet place this is not the lake, People are extraordinarily loud and I have never had so many people to drill so close to me so obnoxiously whilst screaming and yelling. Not only was there that distraction but there was also snow-mobiles speeding loudly near us. So if your going to Eau Galle please be respectful of your fellow anglers.

Pretty much same as last guy wrote its a hit or miss lake I've ice fished late season caught my limit 2 weekends in a row then weekend after maybe 1 fish every 2hrs but summer time its way to much pressure.
