Spent a relaxing week on the Saint Croix flowage in a beautiful cabin. Basked in the sun, sat by a quiet body of water that did not stink and really enjoyed the ambiance of the lake and it’s surroundings! Overall an awesome Vacation spot in my book!!!

This usually is a good lake for bass , this year 2015 it seems like there has been an explosion of hammer handle size pike. Maybe its just where I fish , still lots of action for kids.

This lake has had constant action this year. We caught nice bass and northern every time we went out this year. We have four kids and they were even catching large fish. The sunfish will keep children busy for hours. By far the best part of the lake is the setting! Loons, eagles, ducks, deer, and no cabins to listen to any other noise besides wildlife! By far the most relaxing lake I have been on. Oh did I mention how clean it is and full of weeds! Awesome
