I just looked it up, you are correct, I see the last time it was stocked w wipers was in 2009. Other than yesterday it's been 25 years or so since i've fished there for them. They sure were fun to catch back then, that's for sure! Thanks for the update Flatlander.

Took the family yesterday, we fished from 2:30pm to about 6pm. We fished right below the public access lot using small/med shiners and crawlers on the bottom with Carolina rigs and below a bobber. We caught many small channel cats and a few bluegill. Wish we would have stayed till at least sundown to see if the hybrid stripers started to bite. Water was bathwater warm. I hear the powerplant is due to be mothballed in 2025. If ya want the experience of fishing for the hybrid stripers do it soon before we loose the opportunity.
