Below are special fishing regulations for Fox River (Depere) as regulated by the Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources. For complete fishing regulations for Wisconsin click here.
  • From the dam at DePere upstream is considered inland water.
  • From the De Pere Dam upstream, there is a continuous season on walleye, sauger and their hybrids.
  • Motor trolling is permitted.
  • The open season on muskellunge is May 24 to November 30 and they must be at least 50".
  • Upstream to the DePere Dam is considered part of Lake Michigan. See the Lake Michigan regulations.
  • The daily bag limit on catfish is 25, county-wide.
