This lake still has decent largemouth and northerns. Never fished it for panfish, so I am not sure about their numbers or size. For bass try plastic worms fished very slow and top water baits like a hula popper. A good place to start is to work tthe shoreline to the right of the boat landing. For northerns try the northeast bay past the island. Good luck.

I am afraid that this lake has gone past it's prime. While being one of the most beautiful lakes in all of bayfield county, it has been fished out. I have seen the lake get really pressured in the winter by icefisherman in the past 10 years. There are no more large bass or northern, and the panfish have decreased in size. Still it is a beautiful lake to take the kids on for a Saturday.
