Built a small cabin there in 1988 staying there until 2001. Many, many walleyes tho most small and with the spearing issue only one could be kept. Then rusty crayfish became predominate destroying panfish fishery. Weeds are only on south end. Caught 3 musky over 36" 4LB test no leader (walleyes) but only two bass in all those yrs. Saw some huge slab crappies taken on March ice, south bay in the better yrs...Perfect swimming, girls loved it...

I've been fishing this lake for almost my whole life. Started out with my dad, way back when i was just a kid. We always caught lots of fish. I've been fishing it alot the last couple of years and have done very well on Bass and Pike! Caught my first six pound largemouth on that lake last june. Great Lake!
